Overview:
The Schuitemaker Multi-Purpose Loader Wagon is one of the most common machines Schuitemaker has to offer. The precision chop loader wagon, marketed under the Rapide brand name, has been in production since 1986. The Rapide is a dual-purpose precision chop loader wagon and silage wagon. The quality and finishing of these machines are second to none. Made to suit the modern dairy farmer and contractor for troublefree farming. There are several different sizes to choose from the Rapide 55 to the Rapide 8400. The Rapide is not only suitable for the gathering and cutting of all sorts of grass but also for the transport of heavy silage products during the harvesting of maize. Because the trailing pick-up folds away against the bottom of the wagon a maximum ground clearance is created which is a must when harvesting on wet ground. The cutting system of the Rapide has a maximum of 43 knives and guarantees a cutting length of 4,4 centimeters for all the grass in the wagon. The compact construction and the placing of the tandem or tridem give the Rapide wagon an optimum weight distribution and therefore the tractor always has sufficient pressure on the rear wheels.

The patented Schuitemaker Rapid Release hydraulic front panel is one of its kind in the market. Allowing a full container to be emptied quickly and completely (without any crop residue) in one smooth movement, so that the next unloading and loading can be executed optimally. Ready for a new load run. Unique in combination with the Schuitemaker Rapid Stream front plate for perfect crop guidance and easy loading. To make inspection and maintenance even easier we added a door to the front panel and added entry steps to the undercarriage.

STANDARD ON THE 1000-SERIES
Several Rapide models can be executed as feeding wagon. Loader wagons with feeding function (also known as V-wagons) are equipped with left- and/or right discharging cross conveyor integrated into the tailgate. In addition to loading grass, it is possible to feed the cows fresh grass quickly and easily. Schuitemaker V-wagons are standard equipped with 3 distribution rollers.

The largest Rapide dual-purpose precision chop loader wagon with a unique capacity (DIN) up to 60 m3, ideal for reaching the maximum volume.
Rapide 7800
The smallest tridem model of the Rapide 1000 series with a standard capacity of 49 m3 (DIN).
Rapide 8400 Plus
The Rapide 8400 Plus is the newest loader wagon of the Rapide series. This standard equipment of this Rapide is comparable to the Rapide 7200, but has more volume of 48 m3
Rapide 7200
In terms of capacity, this model is comparable with the Rapide 6600. However, it comes standard with a large number of various extras.
Rapide 6600
Except for a heavier model driveline, the features of this dual-purpose precision chop loader wagon are identical to those of the Rapide 660.
Rapide 5800
The smallest tandem axle model of the 1000 series. Except for a heavier model driveline, the features of this precision chop loader wagon are identical to those of the Rapide 580.
Rapide 840
The Rapide 840 S is a dual-purpose precision chop loader wagon with 42 m3 DIN capacity.
Rapide 580 V
The Rapide 580 V is a four-function wagon; loader wagon, feeding freshly cut grass, silage wagon, and feeder wagon.
Rapide 780
The Rapide 780 S is a dual-purpose precision chop loader wagon with 42 m3 DIN capacity.
Rapide 580
The Rapide 580 is a dual-purpose precision chop loader wagon with a 38 m3 DIN capacity.
Rapide 660 V
Just like the Rapide 580 V, the Rapide 660 V is a four-function wagon with a capacity of 39 m3 DIN. Comes standard with a 24-ton pendulum tandem.
Rapide 520
The Rapide 520 with a 2,00 m wide pick-up and rotor is the most compact dual-purpose precision chop loader wagon of the Schuitemaker Rapide 100 series.
